The fine dining restaurant seats 80 pax, also catering for conferences and functions.

Salary is R25,0 live out (rentals in town are very affordable).

Your chefs school diploma, strong all round kitchen skills plus 3-5 years fine dining experience as a Sous or Exec chef will get you the job.
